Can I amend my order after I have placed it?
This does depend on what stage your order is at in the manufacturing process. Please contact our customer care team with your requested change and we’d be happy to look into this for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard.
Are my details safe when shopping with you?
Absolutely! We take our customer’s privacy very seriously. Have peace of mind using our website with the knowledge that you’re protected by cybersecurity. We also use Stripe, one of the best online payment systems that handle billions of pounds every year around the World.
Can I cancel my order?
This does depend on what stage your order is at in the manufacturing process. Please contact our customer care team with your requested change and we’d be happy to look into this for you.
When will my order be dispatched?
Once your order has been placed, it should be dispatched within 4-5 weeks of order receipt. From then, delivery can take 3-5 working days in the UK. International parcels will be longer and are usually around 7-10 working days. As soon as your order has left our studio, you will receive an email notification to let you know.
What is your return policy?
On standard items, we accept returns as long as it is back to our studio within 14 days of receipt and in unused condition. Please include your order information with the return so we know who you are. A refund will then be processed back to the original payment method used. Postage for the return will not be refunded. Please contact our customer service team before arranging a return. Full details are available on our returns policy page.
My order has arrived damaged, what do I do?
We’re very sorry that your parcel has arrived damaged with you. Before every item is sent we take great care checking the quality and securely packing it for a safe delivery. Please get in contact with our friendly customer care team within 10 working days of delivery and we do all we can to help resolve this for you.
I live outside of the UK, can I still make a purchase with you?
Absolutely! All you need to do is select your country destination at checkout and the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout for you.If you can’t find your country on our list, please do feel free to contact our customer care team and we’d be happy to help with this.
