BOXXCO Returns Policy

At BOXXCO, our priority is ensuring that our customers are delighted with their purchases. However, we also understand that sometimes things might not go as expected, and therefore we've outlined our returns policy below:

Satisfaction Guaranteed

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with an item, you have the right to return it to us within 30 days of receipt. To qualify for a full refund, the product must:

  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Be in a re-sellable condition, showing no signs of wear or damage.
  • Include all original components, accessories, and manuals

If a returned product does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to provide a partial refund to reflect any diminished value due to damage or wear.

Product Specifics for LEGO Display Cases:

Compatibility: Our display cases are meticulously designed for specific LEGO sets. Please ensure you're ordering the correct size and design for your set. If you're unsure about compatibility, reach out to our customer care team before making a purchase.

Assembly: If you're returning a display case, please ensure it is disassembled carefully, without causing any damage. The product should be returned in its original state, unassembled.

Protective Films: Some of our display cases come with a protective film to prevent scratches during shipping. If you're returning the product, please ensure that the protective film remains unpeeled and the case is free from scratches.

Product Images: Please note that while our product images might showcase LEGO sets within the display cases, we're only selling the display case. LEGO sets are not included and are shown for illustrative purposes only.

Bespoke Custom Display Cases

Our bespoke custom display cases are crafted to your specific requirements, tailored to your unique preferences and dimensions. As these are personalised items, they are exempt from our standard return policy. According to UK consumer law, personalised items do not qualify for returns unless they are faulty. We craft each case with utmost care and precision, ensuring they meet your specified requirements. Please be aware that once an order for a custom-made item is placed, it cannot be cancelled because the production process starts automatically.

Damaged Orders

If you believe your order has arrived damaged or defective, it is vital for you to report this to us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email us at [email protected] with a clear description of the damage, along with supporting images prior to assembly. This timely reporting helps us address and rectify such issues promptly.

Failure to report damages or missing components within the stipulated 48-hour period may limit your eligibility for replacements or full refunds. Any damages or missing parts reported after this period, but within 10 working days, might only be eligible for partial refunds or replacements at our discretion.
