More Information

Our original clear shoe boxes are made from 100% recycled and 100% recyclable materials, making them a sustainable and eco-friendly addition to your house and wardrobe. Not only are they a great stylistic choice, but the original trainers storage box is an excellent storage solution.

The design features a subtle Boxxinc logo on the bottom right, and the logo is applied using white vinyl. Four clear rubber stops are also supplied at the bottom of each of our original display shoe boxes to reduce any friction and offer sturdiness when you create your stacks.

Do you sell to retailers?
Yes! We love trade enquiries so please do get in touch with our customer care team and we’d be happy to help.
What size footwear fits in the box?
A shoe size UK 13 is the maximum that will fit into our shoeboxes and the minimum is your choice!
Can I amend my order after I have placed it?
This does depend on what stage your order is at in the manufacturing process. Please contact our customer care team with your requested change and we’d be happy to look into this for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard. If you prefer, you can also pay via PayPal.
Are my details safe when shopping with you?
Absolutely! We take our customer’s privacy very seriously. Have peace of mind using our website with the knowledge that you’re protected by cybersecurity. We also use Stripe, one of the best online payment systems that handle billions of pounds every year around the World.
Can I cancel my order?
This does depend on what stage your order is at in the manufacturing process. Please contact our customer care team with your requested change and we’d be happy to look into this for you.
When will my order be dispatched?
Once your order has been placed, it should be dispatched within 2 working days of order receipt. From then, delivery can take 3-5 working days in the UK. International parcels will be longer and are usually around 7-10 working days. As soon as your order has left our studio, you will receive an email notification to let you know.
What is your return policy?
We will accept your return as long as it is back to our studio within 14 days of receipt and in unused condition. Please include your order information with the return so we know who you are. A refund will then be processed back to the original payment method used. Postage for the return will not be refunded.
My order has arrived damaged, what do I do?
We’re very sorry that your parcel has arrived damaged with you. Before every item is sent we take great care checking the quality and securely packing it for a safe delivery. Please get in contact with our friendly customer care team and we do all we can to help resolve this for you.
I live outside of the UK, can I still make a purchase with you?
Absolutely! All you need to do is select your country destination at checkout and the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout for you. If you can’t find your country on our list, please do feel free to contact our customer care team and we’d be happy to help with this.
